So how does this work?

If you already have a custom design in mind, skip step 1!

1. View our project gallery and pricing guide.

2. Submit your project and contact info.

3. We will then reach out to discuss your project free of charge.

4. If you’d like to hire us, we will make arrangements to collect our consultation fee and schedule a project evaluation, take measurements and spot potential issues.                    

    From the minute we meet, we’ll then be working just for you! The consultation fee is always removed from your final estimate.

5. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide you with a transparent and precise quote, along with the style drawing, agreement and a detailed layout of your project. 

6. When you’re ready to proceed, simply fill out the agreement attached to the estimate, and we will send over an invoice for a 50% deposit.

7. Once we receive the signed agreement and deposit, we’ll get your project on the schedule!

8. Our final step prior to installation is to flag the locations of all the corner posts as well as the gate openings with our white “Victory Fence” flags, according to the agreed upon layout. You and your neighbors should then verify that all of the flags are in their correct locations.
